These Terms describe general website use and do not replace the rules or written terms applicable to a specific venue service or reservation.
1. Agreement and Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to the Pink Nude Cabaret website and general use of information and features provided through it. “Club,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pink Nude Cabaret at 815 N Scottsdale Rd, Tempe, Arizona 85281. Separate signed agreements, posted venue rules, and transaction-specific terms may govern a particular reservation or service; these Terms do not replace them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website.
2. Age, Identification, and Admission
Venue admission is limited to guests age 18 or older. Every guest must present valid government-issued photo identification for age verification. Admission is subject to identity verification, capacity, safety review, current venue rules, and applicable law. We may refuse or end admission or service where lawful, including when identification is not valid, conduct is unsafe or disruptive, or a person appears impaired or violates venue rules. Website age statements do not replace in-person verification.
3. Adult Entertainment and Respectful Conduct
The Club offers adult entertainment. Guests must treat performers, staff, and other guests respectfully. Unwanted touching, harassment, solicitation of unlawful sexual activity, coercion, threats, violence, illegal drug activity, or interference with a performer’s choice to begin, continue, or end an interaction is prohibited. Performers retain control over their participation and may decline or stop an interaction at any time. A violation may result in immediate removal, denial of future entry, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
4. Licensing and Legal Compliance
The Club and persons performing regulated adult-service or management duties must comply with applicable licensing, permit, zoning, and operating requirements. Required permits must be obtained and maintained before a covered duty is performed. Nothing on this website waives or changes a requirement imposed by Maricopa County, Arizona, or other applicable authority.
5. Photography, Recording, and Privacy
Photography, audio recording, video recording, or livestreaming inside the venue is prohibited unless management gives prior written authorization. Do not capture or distribute another guest’s or performer’s image, voice, identifying information, or private interaction without authorization. Website privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy; separate on-site notices may apply to venue security systems.
6. Nonalcoholic Beverage Program
The Club’s advertised beverage program is nonalcoholic. Menus, product names, photographs, and promotional materials are informational and do not promise that a particular item is available at a particular time. Products, presentation, prices, and service remain subject to actual inventory, applicable law, and venue policy.
7. Reservations, Pricing, and Offers
A website inquiry or reservation request is not a confirmed booking unless and until the Club expressly confirms it. Availability, event schedules, hours, pricing, minimums, fees, and other terms may vary by date and are subject to confirmation before purchase. A description or price on the website may be corrected or updated. Any cancellation, refund, or change will be governed by the terms provided for the specific booking or transaction and by applicable law.
8. Complimentary Transportation
Transportation is subject to geographic coverage, vehicle and driver availability, scheduling, confirmation, safe operating conditions, and applicable law. A website reference or telephone inquiry does not guarantee a pickup, arrival time, route, or return trip. Guests must follow driver instructions and all applicable safety requirements. The Club may suspend or decline transportation when conditions make it unsafe or unavailable.
9. Website Content and Availability
Website content is provided for general information and may be changed, corrected, or removed without notice. We seek to keep descriptions accurate, but event information, hours, services, images, prices, and availability may not always be current or complete. The website may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted for maintenance, platform issues, network conditions, or other reasons.
10. Acceptable Website Use
You may not use the website to break the law, submit false or misleading information, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest personal information, impersonate another person, or infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit payment-card data, government-ID images, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through general contact or career forms.
11. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content
The website’s original text, design, and branding are owned by or used with permission by their respective rights holders. Third-party names, marks, photographs, video, and links remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms and licenses. Event references are descriptive and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit website content without authorization or a legal right to do so.
12. Third-Party Services
The website may link to or embed content or services provided by third parties. Those providers operate independently and may have separate terms, privacy practices, availability, and technical requirements. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, availability of a listed service, or that the website will meet every user’s requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pink Nude Cabaret and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from website access or inability to access it. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for willful misconduct or other non-waivable claims. Nothing here eliminates a claim or remedy available under a separate written agreement or applicable law.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law is required to apply. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and any applicable written agreement, proceedings concerning these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
16. Changes, Severability, and Contact
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and revision date. The revised Terms apply prospectively from posting, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
