Maricopa County permit notice
Maricopa County Ordinance P-10 requires an applicable adult service provider permit before a person works in a covered adult-service role. Role-specific eligibility, permit steps, and documentation will be reviewed during the interview and entertainer audition. Employment is contingent on obtaining and maintaining every permit required for the assigned role.
